1General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the vx99 platform ("Platform", "Site") and all its users ("Member", "you"). These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

1.1 Application of Terms

These terms apply whenever you access the vx99 platform directly, use a mobile browser, or receive services through any device. In addition to these terms, separate policies may apply to specific services, and those will operate as a supplement to these main terms.

1.2 Changes to Terms

vx99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Where changes are significant, every effort will be made to notify members as appropriate.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on vx99 and use any of its services, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one account. If one person opens multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same household requires prior approval from vx99.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information when registering your account. If any information changes, you must notify the vx99 support team without delay. The user bears full responsibility for any issues arising from false or incorrect information.

• Full name must be entered correctly
• An active mobile number and email address must be provided
• The name associated with your payment method must match the name used at registration
• A national identity card may be required for verification

3Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Login credentials should never be shared with any third party. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify vx99 support immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

All activities carried out from your account will be considered your own, even if it can be shown that a third party used your account. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure you log out and control access to your device.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules.

4Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

Accepted methods for depositing on vx99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

• Transactions below ৳300 will not be processed
• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to the account instantly

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit
• The withdrawal amount cannot exceed the available balance

4.3 Currency

All transactions on vx99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is supported. Any fees or charges related to currency conversion are subject to the rules of the member's own bank or payment provider.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 or more yields the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after ৳15,000 in bets have been completed.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit
• While a bonus is active, bets must be placed using the bonus amount; real money may be used separately
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless otherwise stated
• vx99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if a breach of bonus policy is suspected
• If a bonus code is required to claim a bonus, it must be applied before making the deposit

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

To place bets on vx99, your account must have sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Bet outcomes will be determined according to the established rules.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

The rules of the respective sport apply for betting on cricket (including BPL, T20, IPL) and other sports. In the event of an incomplete match or uncertain circumstances regarding bet settlement, vx99's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

In live games and slot games, the outcome of each round is determined by the software of the respective game provider. If an internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs, the result of any completed round will stand. In the case of an abnormal outcome due to a technical error, vx99 will make a decision after investigation.

6.4 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market, and these are displayed in the game interface. vx99 reserves the right to change betting limits for any member.

7VIP Program

The vx99 VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on activity and participation on the platform. vx99 reserves the right to modify or change VIP benefits. Cashback is generally credited to accounts at a set time each week.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vx99 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name
• Abusing bonus terms or creating artificial betting patterns to gain an advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or any automated method
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the system dishonestly
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods
• Using this platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Acting fraudulently toward other members or attempting to cause them harm
• Impersonating vx99 staff or making contact under a false identity

9Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Interruptions

vx99 always strives to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. vx99 does not bear liability for losses in such situations.

9.2 Third-Party Software

Third-party game provider software is used to run games, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. vx99 is not directly responsible for any errors or abnormal outcomes in these providers' software, but member complaints will be investigated.

9.3 Responsibility for Wins and Losses

Responsibility for wins and losses in betting and gaming rests entirely with the member. vx99 never alters bet outcomes and makes no guarantee of any amount. Playing responsibly is important for everyone.

10Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension at vx99's Discretion

vx99 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of terms
• If there are indications of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• If identity verification has not been completed
• If requested information is not provided within the specified time
• If there is suspicion of money laundering activity

10.2 Steps Following Suspension

If an account is suspended, the member may contact vx99 support to find out the reason. Once the investigation is complete, the member will be informed whether the account will be restored or permanently closed. If a breach of rules is confirmed, the associated balance may be forfeited.

11Privacy & Data Protection

vx99 uses SSL encryption technology to protect members' personal information. The collected information is used only for providing services, verifying identity, and fulfilling applicable legal obligations. 12Dispute Resolution

12.1 Complaint Process

For any dispute related to a transaction, game result, or account, please contact the vx99 support team first. Complaints must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of the relevant incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

12.2 Investigation & Decision

Upon receiving a complaint, vx99 will investigate as quickly as possible. During the investigation, the relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended. The decision reached by vx99 based on the findings of the investigation will be considered final.
